Irina Moin is an associate in the Corporate, Finance & Banking Law and Cannabis Law departments. She devotes her practice to providing commercially driven advice on a wide range of trading, financing and derivatives documentation.
While in law school, Irina was an associate at the Center for Financial Services Law.
She has a decade of experience on Wall Street as in-house counsel advising multi-national and domestic investment banks on complex corporate matters, regulatory issues and corporate governance. Most recently, Irina worked closely with small businesses, advising them in all stages of their operations, including the purchase and sale of their business, counseling on corporate structuring, contract negotiation and other aspects of commercial transactions.
