Jonathan Sherman is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate department. He devotes his practice to commercial real estate matters, including buying, selling, leasing and financing commercial and residential properties, as well as 1031 exchange transactions.
Jonathan began his career in real estate as a paralegal in New York City. He had the opportunity to learn from some of New York’s most prominent real estate attorneys and experienced first-hand the way to build strong client relationships. His pragmatic and results-driven approach has made him a trusted advisor to real estate brokers, financial advisors, investors, institutional lenders, and regional and community banks.
Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan practiced as an associate with Stern, Lavinthal, & Frankenberg, LLC, in Essex County, and Fein, Such, Kahn, & Shepard, P.C., in Morris County.
Jonathan has been selected as a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star* for 2024.
