Kevin M. Clark

Counsel

Kevin Clark serves as of counsel in the Criminal Defense and Municipal Court Defense departments. He devotes his practice to criminal and municipal court defense and cybersecurity matters.

Kevin spent 27 years with the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, where he rose to the position of deputy first assistant prosecutor. From 2001 through 2013, he served as director of the Computer Crimes Unit of the Prosecutor’s Office, where he directed investigations into computer-facilitated crimes, prosecuted individuals who committed computer-facilitated crimes, provided legal/technological advice to law enforcement agencies, and oversaw undercover online investigations and forensic computer analysis. He also served as director of the Sex Crimes/Child Abuse Unit and leader of an adult trial team. He has tried a variety of cases, ranging from homicide to computer-related crimes. In addition, he is a recipient of the Career Advocacy Award of the New Jersey County Prosecutor’s Association.

Kevin is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)*, as well as a frequent lecturer on the topics of cybersecurity, ethics and trial practice.
