Rahool Patel is an associate in the Controlled Substances and Regulatory Law, Labor & Employment, and Litigation departments. He devotes his practice to the areas of labor and employment law and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Ansell Grimm & Aaron, he practiced in these fields, as well as corporate asset recovery and bankruptcy litigation, at another New Jersey law firm.
While attending law school, Rahool interned for the Honorable Stuart J. Rabner, the chief justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. He was a chancellor scholar and symposium editor of the Seton Hall Circuit Review. He also won best oral advocate in his appellate advocacy class. Following law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Travis L. Francis, the assignment judge of the Middlesex Vicinage of the Superior Court of New Jersey, where he handled a variety of complex Law and Chancery Division matters.
Rahool is an attorney mentor for NJ LEEP, which provides law-related educational opportunities to first-generation and low-income students in the greater Newark area.
