Commercial Real Estate Law

The attorneys of Ansell Grimm & Aaron PC earn our reputation every day by navigating a clear, results-driven legal path for our clients.

Commercial Real Estate Law

The Ansell Commercial Real Estate Department has a well-earned reputation for providing creative strategies and solutions in connection with complex real estate matters. From the inception of each new matter, we see each transaction through with the knowledge and experience necessary to meet our clients’ objectives to get transactions closed. This allows our clients to grow their businesses and achieve maximum profitability.

We utilize a holistic approach to the matters we handle. After consulting with our client, the Commercial Real Estate Department often involves members of our Corporate Law Department or Land Use & Zoning Department in transactional matters to help structure a matter and solve any challenges that may arise.

If it involves real property and is transactional in nature, the Ansell Commercial Real Estate Department likely has handled a similar matter, be it acquisition, development, financing, lease-up or disposition. In connection with dispositions, we often help clients navigate IRC Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges or other structuring to manage taxable impact.

We pride ourselves in maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, from individual property owners to multimillion-dollar REITs, commercial lenders and some of the most reputable developers in the country.

Our successes include the negotiation and closing of real estate transactions in more than 20 states and the negotiation of leases in virtually every asset class.
